Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Typically 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, program management, or related discipline.
- Proven experience developing employee-facing communications and coordinating enterprise programs or events in complex organizations.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project and program management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to translate business priorities into clear content.
- Proficiency using digital communication, collaboration, intranet, and event management platforms.
- Ability to track metrics and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an operational partner to employee network leaders, providing guidance on planning, execution, and budgets.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide employee network initiatives, leadership forums, and engagement events.
- Develop, write, and distribute employee-focused communications across multiple channels.
- Partner with enterprise communications teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and accessibility requirements.
- Manage communication calendars, project plans, and stakeholder inputs for engagement programs.
- Track participation, event outcomes, and communication performance through reporting processes.
- Identify delivery risks and dependencies while monitoring policy and regulatory developments.
