Requirements
- 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
- Proven track record of managing large project teams.
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ engagements.
- Expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs.
- Highly analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Responsibilities
- Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements.
- Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy.
- Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success.
- Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry.
