Requirements
- 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, or medical affairs
- Strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products (nice to have)
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
- Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing people leadership skills in a project setting
- Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within engagements
- Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging data, software, and AI insights
- Support multiple projects across the Commercial domain while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas
