Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience delivering high-quality dashboards, preferably within a Sales or Sales Operations environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, including data-source development, dashboard creation, complex calculations, row-level security (RLS), and advanced visualizations.
- Advanced SQL query-writing skills, particularly with Oracle databases.
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, collaborate with others, and deliver results in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the ability to understand how data and analytics can support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative analytics team.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to create business value and support transformation initiatives through data analysis aligned with Sales priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders and analytics teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver dashboards that address end-user needs.
- Develop intuitive Tableau dashboards, data sources, visualizations, calculations, and reporting solutions that turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Design dashboards around specific business actions and outcomes while assessing data feasibility and opportunities to expand reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain reliable data sources using enterprise reporting systems and ensure information is accessible and meaningful to stakeholders.
- Build expertise in Sales data, reporting structures, and dashboard capabilities to serve as a trusted subject matter resource.
- Analyze business information to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, translating findings into practical recommendations.
- Provide analytical support across business strategy, financial performance, network capacity planning, and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions and communicate analytical findings clearly to business leaders and other stakeholders.
