Job Details

5+ years of experience building web products end to end.
Production experience with Python, React, and TypeScript.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex workflows interacting with multiple external systems.
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations with external APIs.
Practical experience with enterprise application patterns (RBAC, multi-tenancy, SSO/OIDC, audit logging, and application security).
Production experience working with systems that integrate LLM APIs or other AI-powered capabilities.
Strong understanding of relational data modeling for tenancy and permissions.
Experience with AWS at an architectural level including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
Strong understanding of distributed systems, service integration, and failure-handling patterns.
Ability to balance technical depth with product thinking.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying technical risks.

Develop user-facing platform experiences for analytics, releases, and live operations.
Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices for the internal platform.
Develop a robust integration layer for external systems with authentication and rate limiting.
Build orchestration capabilities for scheduled and event-driven workflows.
Implement core access controls, including RBAC, multi-tenancy, SSO, OIDC, and audit logging.
Design and develop an MCP layer to enable granular access to platform capabilities.
Collaborate with AI automation teams to support secure and reliable agent-driven workflows.
Implement comprehensive logging, metrics, and monitoring across backend and frontend.
Contribute to platform architecture, technical standards, and long-term system reliability.
