Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, enterprise integration strategy, or partner product leadership within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record as a commercial product leader driving strategic integrations, platform adoption, and multi-channel partner growth.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling products for reseller, white-label, embedded, marketplace, platform, or broader ecosystem distribution models.
  • Hands-on experience building packaged, white-label, and custom integration solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Deep expertise with modern iPaaS platforms, enterprise APIs, and scalable data integration architectures.
  • Proven ability to work directly with large enterprise technology partners and manage joint product roadmaps, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams and external technical stakeholders.
  • Deep HR technology expertise, including HCM, HRIS, payroll, global employment, contractor management, and compliance workflows.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align diverse teams around shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the end-to-end strategic integrations product strategy across packaged, white-label, embedded, custom, and partner ecosystem solutions.
  • Own the product roadmap from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Partnerships, Revenue, and Marketing to increase partner activation, product adoption, partner-led growth, and successful scaling of reseller, embedded, white-label, and integration relationships.
  • Identify and resolve product and operational friction throughout the partner lifecycle to ensure effective selling and scaling.
  • Serve as the senior product counterpart for strategic HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller, and embedded partners, aligning joint roadmaps and priorities.
  • Translate recurring partner requirements into scalable APIs, workflows, configuration models, platform capabilities, and reusable product primitives.
  • Represent integration solutions at an executive level, delivering strategic presentations and managing relationships with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise customers.
