Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant systems integration experience (15+ years preferred).
- Strong background in API, middleware, and enterprise security architecture integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle environments.
- Experience with IAM/ICAM technologies and secure identity integration patterns.
- Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, REST, and SOAP.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture, NIST, and FISMA security frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Leadership capabilities to prioritize work and drive results.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting federal or Department of War customers (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop integration strategies, patterns, and reference architectures that support enterprise Zero Trust security objectives.
- Design solutions that align with security standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices, including Zero Trust, NIST, and FISMA.
- Document system integration workflows, data flows, dependencies, architectures, and technical requirements.
- Configure, deploy, and integrate enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and supporting services across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using IAM and ICAM technologies such as Okta and Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Build and maintain integrations between identity providers, network security tools, IT service management systems, data stores, and enterprise services.
- Apply integration protocols and standards including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, REST, and SOAP to enable secure interoperability.
- Integrate applications and services across major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle environments.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide escalation support for challenging system interactions.
- Provide technical leadership, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
