Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, platform strategy, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale portfolios and high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of product operating models, outcome-based roadmaps, and evidence-based investment decisions.
- Proven experience with customer engagement and experience-enablement platforms such as CMS, CDP, or analytics tools.
- Deep expertise in design systems, including governance, reusable components, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to establish product decision rights and value-realization frameworks in a complex or regulated environment.
- Exceptional executive influence and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, or AEM).
- Preferred: Experience with AI/ML-driven personalization, propensity models, and experimentation frameworks.
- Preferred: Background in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year vision, product strategy, target outcomes, and investment roadmap for the enterprise digital platform portfolio.
- Lead the enterprise design system as a platform product, governing roadmap, reusable components, and adoption standards.
- Execute enterprise adoption strategies that translate platform capabilities into priority business and customer use cases.
- Partner with technology, design, and engineering leaders to align roadmaps and ensure technical execution.
- Establish portfolio objectives, key results, and executive scorecards to measure performance, ROI, and speed to market.
- Develop and mentor directors, senior product leaders, and persistent cross-functional platform teams.
- Lead executive reviews to resolve trade-offs, manage dependencies, and evaluate strategic vendor investments.
