Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in high-scale software, biotech, or similarly complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at Director-level scope.
- Experience building and launching new software products from the ground up.
- Deep experience in highly regulated industries with knowledge of FDA design controls, HIPAA, IEC 62304, or ISO standards.
- Strong technical aptitude for complex architectures involving APIs, microservices, LIMS, and data platforms.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and generative AI tools for product workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and build consensus without formal authority.
- Strong systems-level thinking and user-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-year product strategies and roadmaps for critical software initiatives.
- Act as a product architect translating business objectives into detailed functional workflows.
- Own the full product lifecycle from order ingestion to laboratory execution and patient reporting.
- Translate complex scientific, clinical, and operational requirements into scalable specifications.
- Lead product backlogs, Agile ceremonies, and delivery activities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
- Incorporate LLMs and generative AI into product discovery and development practices.
- Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with FDA design controls, IEC 62304, and HIPAA.
- Mentor Senior Product Managers in product management and user-centered design.
