Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in business operations, services operations, finance, strategy, or consulting.
- Experience within technology services, managed services, professional services, or IT services organizations.
- Strong financial, analytical, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.
- Proven experience building KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and scalable operating models.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, influence, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex business information into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead business operating reviews, scorecards, KPI management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Identify business risks and opportunities while providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage revenue, margin, and resource forecasting, including annual planning and budgeting.
- Establish capacity planning and optimize workforce productivity across service lines.
- Build governance frameworks and operating standards across Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance profitability.
- Optimize core processes including lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, and service delivery.
- Improve CRM data quality, pipeline governance, and sales process discipline.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives and develop business cases for new investments.
