- Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically
- Data-driven mindset focused on performance and business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own the organic growth roadmap across all brands within Otte Polo Group
- Lead and mentor SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support
- Identify gaps in performance and build corrective action plans
- Set KPIs tied to traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Conduct technical SEO audits including site health, indexing, and schema
- Review and optimize WordPress pages for on-page, structure, and UX
- Implement structured data and schema markup
- Oversee backlink strategy and authority building
- Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Present performance reports tied to revenue impact
