Requirements

- Demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation solutions in business environments.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, practical solutions.
- Experience translating abstract concepts into operational systems.
- Strong bias toward action and delivery.
- Ability to work across multiple teams, adapting solutions to different workflows and skill levels.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and train non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating across functions to drive meaningful operational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Audit workflows across departments to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Develop and prioritize a company-wide roadmap for AI adoption.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows tailored to team-specific needs.
- Integrate AI tools into existing systems, including spreadsheets, operational tools, and internal platforms.
- Lead hands-on training sessions to support cross-functional AI adoption.
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and documentation to enable repeatable usage.
- Partner with teams across operations, marketing, finance, and design to align solutions with business needs.
- Measure impact and continuously iterate on implemented solutions.
