Requirements
- 7+ years in production, project management, or a hybrid role within advertising, creative, or content production.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills: workback scheduling, budget tracking, risk flagging, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to operate with ownership and work systematically under pressure.
- Comfortable being the only person in the region in this role.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% for meetings or on-site support.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end from brief intake through final delivery across EMEA.
- Translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and resourcing, and identify risks.
- Serve as the primary bridge between the US-based team and EMEA-side execution.
- Build and manage workback schedules across overlapping projects to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Organize asset intake, version control, and delivery with consistent structure.
- Proof all creative output as the final quality gate for EMEA work.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and source specialized production support.
