Requirements
- MD degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of U.S.-based clinical residency training.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, Pediatric Endocrinology, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Medical Genetics, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience working within multidisciplinary clinical development teams.
- Experience with structured cross-functional review and decision-making processes.
- Strong attention to detail in developing and reviewing protocols, study manuals, and regulatory documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced biotech environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as internal Medical Monitor and provide oversight for ongoing studies.
- Review subject eligibility, protocol deviations, adverse events, and emerging study data.
- Lead cross-functional Clinical Development Teams and partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Biostatistics.
- Author and approve study protocols, manuals, and clinical study reports with high attention to detail.
- Drive resolution of study conduct, enrollment, and data quality issues.
- Support interactions with regulatory agencies, investigators, and key opinion leaders.
