Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance.
- Experience working in an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash (QTC) processes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with order management or billing systems.
- Ability to read and understand configuration logic.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
- Comfort using conversational AI tools for daily and project work.
- Clear written communication skills for documenting test cases and defects.
- Proactive and organized approach to working across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support pricing operations changes through requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation.
- Validate pricing-related quote-to-cash (QTC) changes across quoting, approvals, discounting, and product configuration.
- Participate as a subject-matter expert in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to represent business scenarios and outcomes.
- Execute and maintain pricing and order operations test cases and regression test suites.
- Operate under defined business requirements for order operations, validating signature packets, marketplace offers, and booking handoffs.
- Troubleshoot order operations issues and escalate systemic problems to appropriate system owners.
