Requirements
- University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience working with Patient Access, Registration, and Scheduling processes.
- 5+ years of experience working with acute-care EHR/CIS.
- 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare CIS implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience within a Canadian acute-care healthcare environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, business process and use-case analysis, and workshop facilitation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA in a project environment.
- Ability to travel to New Brunswick at least once per month.
- Must be available to start by October 12, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, healthcare providers, SMEs, and technical teams.
- Gather requirements and analyze healthcare workflows.
- Develop clinical standards for information systems.
- Support implementation and validation of CIS solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to define business requirements and user stories.
- Manage multiple project streams and activities simultaneously.
