Requirements
- Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape.
- Experience in community management or developer relations in a technical company (semiconductor, embedded, or AI/ML tooling preferred).
- Existing credibility and track record of building relationships within AI/developer communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail for diverse audiences.
- Fluency with developer-facing platforms like GitHub, forums, and Discord/Slack-style tools.
- Practical fluency with modern AI tools with a high standard for accuracy and human review.
- Strong understanding of software/SDK development lifecycles.
- Genuine interest or experience in the maker community (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino).
- Analytical skills to interpret community engagement data and inform strategy.
- Creative and strategic mindset for driving engagement and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact across the community platform, GitHub, and social channels, including moderating discussions and assisting with technical debugging.
- Develop and share technical content including product updates, tutorials, and newsletters while ensuring technical accuracy.
- Maintain relationships with key influencers, edge AI leaders, and power users in the community.
- Organize and host community events, webinars, and meetups for product launches and industry events.
- Advocate for community-requested features and gather feedback for product teams regarding the Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU.
- Manage community health and growth by maintaining forums, triaging questions, and tracking engagement metrics via AI-assisted analysis.
- Encourage open-source contributions and collaborate with internal engineering to resolve technical issues.
