Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy/BizOps at a high-growth operating company.
- Strong analytical horsepower and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Proficiency in modeling.
- SQL skills or the willingness to learn it fast.
- Ability to drive senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- AI-native approach to research, analysis, and productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple intense workstreams simultaneously.
- No insurance experience required; focus is on curiosity and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Take ambiguous, high-stakes problems from framing to execution across product, growth, ops, and partner functions.
- Validate new product ideas or market segments through scrappy pilots before full-scale implementation.
- Own the weekly leadership brief, analyzing performance across all product lines and providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead monthly business line deep dives to analyze funnel performance, experiments, and competitive intelligence.
- Drive the quarterly planning cycle by translating founder priorities into resourced options and strategic trade-offs.
