Requirements
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
- Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
- Comfort and fluency with EHR, video, AI scribe tools, and clinical decision support
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, virtual environment
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel covering perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep
- Provide ongoing, relationship-based virtual care
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies
- Make autonomous clinical decisions while maintaining productivity benchmarks
- Manage documentation and follow-through in a high-volume clinical environment
