Requirements
- Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies (e.g., GLP-1 agonists)
- Multiple active state licenses
- DEA registration preferred
- Proficiency with technology including EHR, video, AI scribe tools, and clinical decision support
- Ability to carry a full panel and hit productivity targets
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP) or Obesity Medicine preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep
- Provide ongoing, relationship-based care through virtual visits
- Prescribe and independently manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies
- Make autonomous clinical decisions
- Maintain documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks
- Operate effectively in a high-volume, fully virtual clinical environment
