Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience selling into the US market.
- Proven track record with an average deal size of $2500+/month.
- Near-native English fluency in both spoken and written forms.
- Evidence of building sales processes, territory opening, or custom messaging.
- Experience handling mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Structured, self-directed work style suitable for an environment without existing scripts.
- Comfortable with technical products and sales AI workflows.
- Dedicated quiet workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection.

Responsibilities
- Own the full outbound motion for the assigned territory including account selection, contact mapping, and multi-channel cadences.
- Form and test Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) hypotheses based on data.
- Build a documented outbound sales playbook including messaging, objection handling, and benchmarks.
- Run a written learning log and a weekly funnel review with the sales team.
- Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
