Requirements
- Financial background with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance management within an e-commerce company or online store.
- Experience performing financial forecasting and planning, including budget models and cash flow prediction.
- Proficiency in managing financial records and records maintenance.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Direct experience managing books in QuickBooks.
- Experience determining business priorities through systematic, automated approaches.
- Ability to work within CST (Chicago) time zone operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Organize and control accounting for a group of companies to ensure reliable financial data.
- Perform general bookkeeping for international company entities.
- Oversee management accounting and prepare consolidated reports including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets.
- Manage financial forecasting, including budget models and cash flow projections.
- Oversee accounts payable, bill payments, and expense reporting.
- Sync and reconcile QuickBooks files with banking and credit card portals.
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and necessary legal documentation.
- Automate and optimize financial department workflows.
