Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with global Automotive Key Accounts.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Specification process knowledge (Spec-in) is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills (Office).
- Project management knowledge is desirable.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with Automotive OEMs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute strategies to increase 3M's business and relevance within the assigned account.
- Achieve defined sales objectives for the Key Account.
- Transmit the Voice of Customer within 3M organization.
- Leverage global and local 3M resources to meet customer needs.
- Interact throughout the customer's organization, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's KPIs, market share, and organizational structure.
