Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading SEO, organic growth, or discoverability programs.
- Deep technical SEO expertise and proven track record of improving organic growth at scale.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, and search intent.
- Practical experience with AI-driven discovery, GEO, or LLM-powered search.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong project management skills to manage initiatives across teams and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead global organic discovery strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Define and operationalize the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy to improve product visibility and citations.
- Own technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive content strategy and increase brand authority.
- Establish KPIs, build test-and-learn frameworks, and manage SEO/GEO tools and vendors.
- Monitor presence across platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Copilot.
