Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience managing digital transformation, integrated supply chain initiatives, or enterprise automation in global organizations.
- Functional understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain processes.
- Practical fluency in modern AI/ML applications, automated workflows, and supply chain analytics platforms.
- Proven success influencing senior leadership and aligning conflicting operational priorities.
- Strong proficiency with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- APICS/CSCP or PMP/Agile certifications are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit supply chain and procurement leaders to champion AI-driven forecasting, inventory, and network optimization tools.
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional rollouts of smart supply chain initiatives covering demand planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
- Evaluate operational fit-gap requirements across product lines and collaborate with engineering teams to tailor algorithmic models.
- Design structured adoption and upskilling programs to ensure sustained usage of algorithmic decision-support tools by operational personnel.
- Track transformation benchmarks including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, and cash flow velocity.
- Deliver milestone and ROI reporting to executive leadership.
