Requirements
- Advanced experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs for data extraction, cleaning, and workflow design.
- High proficiency with spreadsheets, CSV files, and unstructured data.
- Proven experience in independent project execution and shaping loose ideas into plans.
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills (C1 Level required).
- Track record of keeping remote teams accountable and driving multi-step workflows.
- Strong resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to verify AI outputs for precision.
- Experience with automation tools like Make (Integromat) or Zapier is preferred.
- Experience supporting US or Australian digital media or advertising agencies is preferred.
- Familiarity with content marketing or social media scheduling is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution on internal projects and monitor deliverables across contractor teams.
- Redesign repetitive processes using LLMs and build automated workflows for data extraction and batch processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team support to remove operational roadblocks.
- Handle administrative items including banking records, contract tracking, and Google Drive management.
- Document workflows into clean SOPs.
- Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the founder.
- Oversee content distribution by using AI to transform ideas and transcripts into structured social media posts.
