Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience (paid ads and SEO).
- Experience within the crypto or FinTech industry.
- Native-level local market fluency including consumer psychology and local competitive landscape.
- Solid understanding of data analytics and online customer acquisition.
- Working knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimization and link building.
- Demonstrated experience managing at least one local channel for paid ads.
- Proven experience designing at least one local campaign.
- Fluent English speaker with understanding of the local language.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-generated answers (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO).
Responsibilities
- Adapt global paid strategy to local reality through transcreation and ownership of the local market narrative.
- Provide local channel expertise and activation alongside global platforms.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance data using AppsFlyer, Sensor Tower, and Similarweb to identify and act on anomalies.
- Drive local SEO initiatives in collaboration with editorial and content teams.
- Support SEO activities including link building, content review, and growing visibility in AI-generated answers.
- Feed local intelligence regarding competitors, cultural shifts, and regulatory changes back to the global team.
