Requirements
- Have 3–6+ years of experience in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth.
- Demonstrate experience growing owned digital channels.
- Understand social platforms, algorithms, and engagement.
- Have hands-on SEO experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Have experience with website CMS platforms.
- Bring strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Have familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain social media publishing calendars.
- Optimize posts for each platform, including hashtags, formatting, tagging, and accessibility.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
- Support employee and executive social media advocacy.
- Analyze social performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and referral traffic.
- Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content.
- Monitor website SEO health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings.
