Job Details

3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
Strong track record of delivering advanced reporting for multiple stakeholder teams
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to define ETL requirements and work with complex datasets
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
Experience building client-facing or executive-ready dashboards
Strong communication skills with experience presenting data-driven findings to senior management
Demonstrated ability to identify data quality root causes and implement systematic solutions

Design and maintain advanced reporting solutions and dashboards that support stakeholder decision-making across multiple teams and business segments
Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, defining technical requirements for ETL processes and data models
Develop customized KPIs and metrics that quantify business performance, risks, and opportunities
Identify and resolve data quality issues, implementing validation frameworks and best practices across the BI team
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on reporting needs, probe assumptions, and communicate findings clearly at all levels
Build or optimize automated reporting workflows using available tools including AI tools such as Claude or Gemini
Document data definitions, reporting procedures, and ETL logic
