- Proven experience facilitating hands-on exercises in a virtual environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools and human-AI decision-making workflows.
- Strong leadership presence and organizational skills.
- Professional delivery and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead 10 full-day and 20 half-day virtual training sessions for employees.
- Guide learners through hands-on promotional planning scenarios using the client's proprietary tool.
- Teach participants how to review, build, and optimize retail promotions based on analytics.
- Standardize promotional terminology and processes across global markets.
- Prepare for sessions by reviewing decks, developing talking points, and participating in dry-runs.
- Collaborate with the Correlation One team to ensure client readiness.
