Job Details

Background in marketing, sales, business analysis, or related fields.
Understanding of retail promotion concepts, mechanics, and sales processes.
Ability to explain metrics such as ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in business terms.
Proven capability to learn proprietary software quickly and demonstrate it live.
Experience troubleshooting technology and adapting to unexpected software behavior.
Demonstrated experience delivering hands-on software training or workshops.
Experience facilitating engaging virtual training for varied technical skill levels.
Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools and human-in-the-loop decision processes.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Leadership presence and ability to manage an enterprise-level virtual classroom.
Excellent organizational skills for managing structured delivery and preparation.
Ability to work remotely from Slovenia.

Deliver 30 virtual training sessions, comprising 10 full-day and 20 half-day instructor-led workshops.
Lead hands-on training sessions that walk participants through realistic promotional planning scenarios.
Explain promotional planning concepts, terminology, processes, and performance metrics clearly.
Help establish consistent promotional terminology and processes across participating markets.
Adapt training delivery for audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users.
Facilitate active exercises for participants to apply concepts within the tool during sessions.
Demonstrate proprietary software confidently in a live environment while managing technical troubleshooting.
Explain AI-assisted planning tools, emphasizing the role of human judgment in decision-making.
Complete onboarding, dry runs, and client-specific tool training to ensure delivery readiness.
