Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in IFRS reporting, consolidation, or audit.
- Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and experience applying standards to complex transactions.
- Proven experience preparing consolidated financial statements and disclosures independently.
- Deep understanding of consolidation principles, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation.
- Practical experience applying IFRS 15 for revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in preparing Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
- Experience working with ERP systems, General Ledger structures, and reporting modules.
- Professional certification: ACCA, DipIFR, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills for managing multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS.
- Analyze complex and non-standard transactions, documenting accounting treatments.
- Develop and update accounting manuals, reporting instructions, and IFRS methodologies.
- Coordinate the group audit process, including audit packages and external communications.
- Support reporting accountants with complex IFRS issues during month-end and year-end closing.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and disclosures prepared by reporting accountants.
- Manage consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translations.
- Monitor new IFRS standards and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on the Group.
