Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in patient outreach, customer service, or call center operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Call Center Platforms and telephony systems.
  • Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Track record of translating team KPI data into actionable operational improvements.
  • Flexibility to work shift schedules aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST), including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with agentic AI platforms or AI-driven engagement tools (preferred).
  • Experience with EHR platforms such as athenaOne, intake/RPM tools, and medical billing/CPT coding (preferred).
  • Familiarity with value-based care models, CMS Innovation Center programs, or chronic care management (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily outbound and inbound workflows to ensure high-quality patient engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor productivity, documentation accuracy, and team KPIs like enrollment and conversion rates.
  • Manage inbound enrollment, onboarding, and care management queues, including resolving complex operational escalations.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and leverage data insights to implement operational best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a remote team of Outreach Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and individual development planning.
  • Partner with medical practices and stakeholders to eliminate care barriers and optimize the patient journey.
  • Support testing and scaling of new workflows for the CMS ACCESS model and AI engagement platforms.
