Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building backend services, APIs, and/or data processing systems in Python.
- Exposure to distributed systems or microservices.
- Experience working alongside product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Proven ability to own implementation through to production.
- Comfort in a fast-moving or early-stage environment.
- Experience translating defined product requirements into production-ready code.
- Ability to investigate issues within unfamiliar datasets and interconnected tables.
- Working frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong coding fundamentals and problem-solving instincts.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the incrementality product to develop a reliable, repeatable experimentation platform.
- Build near-real-time ingestion and processing capabilities to advance beyond batch workflows.
- Develop AI-powered workflows enabling marketers to evaluate performance and act on insights.
- Improve connection-state systems and extend the partner ecosystem for data ingestion and exports.
- Work on product areas including role-based access control (RBAC).
- Contribute to frontend work as needed to deliver complete product experiences.
