Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in visual design, presentation design, or visual communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color sensibility.
- Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Mastery of Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience presenting creative proposals to senior executives and navigating stakeholder feedback.
- Ability to grasp unfamiliar technical or financial content and distill it into clear visuals.
- Excellent time and project management skills for handling high-volume priorities.
- Familiarity with AI principles for design such as prompting and efficiency tools.
- Demonstrated discretion with sensitive and confidential financial information.
Responsibilities
- Craft story-driven, best-in-class presentations for the CFO and senior executives for boardroom and conference settings.
- Partner with the CFO, Head of Investor Relations, and Brand team to ensure intuitive and persuasive communication.
- Translate complex financial data and technical milestones into clean, compelling data visualizations.
- Create a cohesive design experience across investor event touchpoints including portals, invitations, and signage.
- Build and maintain design templates and systems for consistent, independent use by IR and Finance teams.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize design efficiency and quality.
