Requirements
- 5+ years of recent, active, and deep hands-on Zscaler engineering experience.
- Strong, demonstrable work across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.
- Proven ZIA/ZPA disaster recovery experience.
- Current Zscaler certification.
- Confidence troubleshooting complex enterprise networking and security issues independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to cover Eastern and Central US time zones.
- Experience with Zscaler Branch Connectors (nice to have).
- Experience inside large enterprise Zscaler deployments (nice to have).
- Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer certification (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and administer enterprise Zscaler environments (ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX).
- Build, maintain, and continuously optimize security, access, and traffic policies.
- Manage disaster recovery for ZIA and ZPA, including proactive identification of failure points.
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
