Requirements
- Proven track record of organic search growth with verifiable before/after data, timeframes, and personal strategic involvement.
- Deep fluency in technical, on-site, and off-site SEO.
- Experience experimenting with and measuring AI search citations and source selection.
- Strong commercial mindset focused on generating leads and revenue rather than just rankings.
- Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console as daily instruments.
- Ability to identify data anomalies, investigate causes, and act decisively.
- Ability to produce new growth numbers based on previous professional successes.
Responsibilities
- Own the organic growth number, specifically leads and revenue from search, reported monthly.
- Manage traditional SEO strategy across technical, on-site, and off-site pillars.
- Execute deliberate and measured AI search (GEO) strategies to dominate search results.
- Oversee content engine findability to ensure high visibility in Google and AI answers.
- Analyze search anomalies and performance data daily using tools like GA4 and Search Console.
