Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, growth content, or product marketing.
- Proven experience building or scaling a product-led content operation, preferably in B2C SaaS.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of cryptocurrency and Web3 products.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Portfolio of high-converting copy including landing pages and email sequences.
- Strong expertise in developing and enforcing a distinctive brand tone of voice.
- Proven people-management and leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, lifecycle marketing, and content funnels.
- Strong data literacy with familiarity in analytics tools like GA4.
- Ability to translate complex technical or financial topics into clear content.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall content strategy and operating model across written content, SEO, video, social, technical writing, and related channels.
- Manage and mentor channel specialists, setting clear objectives and KPIs, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Own the editorial calendar, content pipeline, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Define, implement, and maintain a consistent tone of voice and editorial framework across all brand communications.
- Monitor performance metrics including signups, conversion rates, organic acquisition, and customer acquisition cost.
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and newsletters.
- Personally write and refine high-impact copy for landing pages, lifecycle email sequences, and PR communications.
- Translate complex cryptocurrency, tax, and technical concepts into clear, persuasive content.
