Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in SEO with a focus on strategy and commercial results.
- Demonstrable technical SEO expertise including audits, migrations, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong background in content and keyword/entity strategy, specifically building topical authority.
- Proven experience in building digital authority through PR and editorial partnerships.
- Practical experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or a track record of adapting to major search industry shifts.
- Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience using enterprise SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Botify, or Conductor.
- Experience managing relationships with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable commercial outcomes like ROI, leads, and traffic quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end organic search strategy to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Manage technical SEO including audits, migrations, structured data, crawl and indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Execute content and keyword/entity strategies focused on topical authority and content refresh.
- Drive authority through digital PR, original data, or editorial partnerships.
- Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to increase visibility in AI overviews and assistants.
- Manage local and multi-location search efforts.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
