Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in SEO/AIO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong data analysis and trend identification skills.
- Ability to present strategies and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proven success in delivering SEO/AIO growth in competitive markets.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on measurable results.
- Familiarity with the aesthetics or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of PPC, Paid Social, or Email marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO/AIO strategies for clients.
- Identify high-value keywords and develop content strategies to drive traffic.
- Conduct technical audits, resolve issues, and implement schema markup and crawlability fixes.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimise SEO/AIO-friendly content.
- Implement outreach and backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor performance, traffic, and KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Manage Google Business Profiles and local search visibility for clinics.
- Coordinate with design, development, and paid search teams on integrated marketing strategies.
