Requirements
- CS or adjacent degree (or equivalent demonstrated ability).
- Experience shipping production code in TypeScript/React and Python.
- Daily proficiency with AI coding and agent tools.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to project-manage multi-week RFPs with numerous stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and strong bias toward independent problem-solving.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Interest in AI transformation and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Own and harden the Claude-based GTM AI plugin to ship automations for research, meeting capture, and drafting.
- Manage the sironamedical.com codebase using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, implementing designs from Figma.
- Lead end-to-end management of all RFP, RFI, and security questionnaires.
- Develop and maintain a GTM analytics dashboard using Next.js and Python to visualize data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and GA4.
- Program-manage the sales motion by engineering repeatable, automated processes for deal management and cross-functional handoffs.
- Maintain the GTM tech stack and provide technical support to the GTM team.
