Job Details

Experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams.
Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing engineers into technical leaders.
Strong technical background building AI infrastructure or AI-powered products using LLMs or AI agents.
Experience with distributed systems or developer platforms.
Ability to contribute to architecture, design reviews, and code reviews.
Experience building enterprise SaaS AI products where quality, trust, and scalability are critical.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong product and platform mindset.
Leadership style grounded in curiosity, humility, and ownership.

Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers.
Own the execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap.
Partner with Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and engineering leaders to define AI quality metrics.
Lead the development of AI evaluation infrastructure, experimentation capabilities, and developer tooling.
Drive technical and organizational decisions that improve the scalability, reliability, and adoption of the AI Platform.
Build cross-functional partnerships to establish AI evaluations as a foundational capability.
