- Demonstrated experience building or managing complex B2B or platform products.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities.
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs and architecture decisions.
- Experience defining product goals, success metrics, and managing trade-offs across multiple stakeholders.
- Clear, transparent communication and documentation skills.
- Availability to work within EU timezones.
Responsibilities
- Structure and evolve the product roadmap, translating strategy and real-world constraints into clear execution plans.
- Break down complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and features the team can ship with confidence.
- Define product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs in close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture, making deliberate choices about what to build and when.
- Craft clear narratives around features, articulating why they exist, how they fit together, and what customer problem they solve.
