Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with B2B SaaS products.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Proven experience implementing Agile best practices in cross-functional teams.
- Strong capabilities in using AI tools for low and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Proficiency in product management and software delivery platforms such as Aha and Atlassian.
- Strong track record of coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training, and sales enablement.
- Experience leading client discovery, demos, and webinars.
- Experience working in global virtual teams.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery with clients to define strategy aligned with company vision.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver viable, valuable, and feasible solutions.
- Coordinate with product operations, analytics, and marketing teams to manage product priorities.
- Evaluate problems using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF.
- Implement Agile best practices and utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping.
- Own go-to-market strategy for new features and releases.
- Represent the product team in client-facing meetings, webinars, and demonstrations.
