Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, or development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and Service Portal.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow using MID Servers, REST, SOAP, and bi-directional interfaces.
- Knowledge of data extraction/integration technologies like JDBC, ODBC, and ETL.
- Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience creating technical design and operational documentation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex platform issues.
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Software Engineers delivering ServiceNow development and professional-services projects.
- Gather and analyze requirements from end users, IT teams, technical SMEs, and business stakeholders.
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications based on functional and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and bi-directional interfaces.
- Configure application UI, workflows, and platform functionality across ITSM, HRSD, and Service Portal.
- Support CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, and Service Catalog implementations.
- Investigate and remediate production incidents related to platform functionality and integrations.
- Produce technical design documents, SOPs, and operational documentation.
