3+ years of hands-on experience in a maintenance or reliability role within an industrial environment.
5+ years of experience in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting.
Proven experience transitioning industrial sites from paper-based to mobile maintenance.
Expertise in maintenance and repair operations including work order management and data quality.
Ability to present quantified business cases to executives and operations teams.
Knowledge of AI technologies relevant to industrial maintenance (LLMs, predictive models).
Experience defining security roles and access requirements for maintenance systems.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily across North America, with potential travel to EMEA and APAC.
Ability to satisfy safety and access requirements at industrial sites.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise maintenance environments.
Conduct onsite discovery sessions, assessments, workshops, and gap analyses.
Map current maintenance processes and define future-state workflows.
Define AI-enabled capabilities to automate manual steps and improve data usage.
Act as design authority for SAP PM integration, mobile configurations, and security roles.
Develop structured action plans and implementation plans for functional consultants.
Quantify and communicate business value using maintenance KPIs.
Coach functional consultants on solution design and decision-making.
Support sales teams with technical discovery and customer presentations.
