Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in APIs and web programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong storytelling abilities within discovery and product demo sessions.
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Ability to problem-solve creatively with AI.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and kindly with teammates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with 3-4 Account Executives to support multiple active customer opportunities.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight Webflow's benefits.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission.
