- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Strong consultative approach to solving customer problems.
- Understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in discovery and coaching.
- Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with 3-4 Account Executives to support active customer opportunities.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective stories through product demonstrations.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials.
- Influence product direction by championing the voice of the customer.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and travel up to 25%.
