Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or a 2-year technical degree (preferred).
- 1+ year of industrial sales experience, specifically with repair services (electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components preferred).
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform local travel for customer visits.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in industrial settings requiring standing and walking.
Responsibilities
- Create a sales plan in coordination with leadership to capture new business.
- Execute full cycle sales activities including lead qualification, cold calls, and sales presentations.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations for prospective clients.
- Manage time and territory effectively through the use of CRM tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal customer service and technical support teams to meet sales targets.
