Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2-year technical degree in an industrial discipline, mechanics or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience.
- Experience selling repair services within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components preferred.
- Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment of both mobile and industrial machinery is a plus.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform on-site customer visits in industrial settings.
- Ability to drive moderate to long distances.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to grow new customer base and maintain existing accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term professional business relationships.
- Conduct full cycle prospecting including lead qualification, cold calls, and sales presentations.
- Perform regular in-person sales calls to existing customers and new prospects.
- Collaborate with internal customer service and technical support teams to meet sales goals.
- Utilize CRM, tools, and resources to plan and manage time and territory effectively.
